How to resolve the connectivity issues in Open Text SOCKS Client for both the Windows & Linux?

The first thing to do is to make sure that the firewalls are either configured properly or disabled at all. In Windows you can turn it off from Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall. In Linux, you can issue the following command: iptables -F
